Silent Hill: Shattered Memories

A small town in America, a daughter, a dad. Harry Mason is an ordinary man at an ordinary time in the world, a writer for hire who doesn't see great success, but manages to get by, thanks to bored housewives. With a girl the age of seven, he's got a book too filled with dad jokes, has the face of a father that gives him an older appearance despite his age of thirty. Sometimes, he gets a temper, set off easy by accusations and slights made to him and his family, and he may get distracted at times, suffer a few clumsy accidents. But really, there's nothing peculiar about him or his life.
Until there is. A snowy road leads to a car crash, and Harry coming to with his daughter missing from the backseat, and everything about the world tipping out of its rightful place. Roads and buildings twist as they become encased in ice, and his memories are out of focus, important details forgotten until prompted. Where is his home? Where was he going to, coming back from? And why are monsters chasing him down, ghosts lurking around corners, memories of people he's never seen playing through the electronics around him?
The world is going crazy around Harry, and he doesn't know why. All he knows is that his daughter has to be out there, and the world can go to hell: he'll find her regardless.

Harry himself doesn't take part in the latter activities, but it comes up in the world and through memories, etc, that have a link to him. It's a cringey game.
